Stanton adds to customer service dept.

ATLANTA —

Building its customer service department, Stanton Carpet Corp., an importer of wool and synthetic broadloom products and area rugs, has appointed Traci Jo Sanders to the new post of customer service manager.

In a related move, the company promoted Karen Ballard to senior customer service representative.

Sanders' most recent post was as operations manager at Budget Car Rental, and prior to that she was account manager at GE Supply. She started her career in 1995 at Beaulieu United Carpet Mills as an account manager.

Ballard, who since 2000 has been a customer service representative, will assist Sanders in managing the department. She will be the key contact for all Brintons business, a recent Stanton alliance.

Ballard will report to Sanders, who in turn will report to Steve Sides, general manager.
