Springs Bows Two Wamsutta Collections

New York — Springs Global has introduced two major collections under the Wamsutta brand – the Palace Collection and the Natural Collection.
The Wamsutta Natural Collection represents the company's major effort in eco-friendly materials for bed and bath, and features natural dyes made from plants and materials, all cotton fabrics in dobbies and jacquards, corn fibers, cotton/bamboo blends, wood block prints, coconut buttons for window coverings and eco-friendly packaging.
Seven beds are featured along with six free-standing coverlet programs. Layering accessories of bed scarves and decorative pillows are also included in the collection. Queen duvets are $199.99.
The looks, as well as the fabrications, are also natural. Sedona features a woven strie stripe duvet with wooden button enclosures and a corn fiber blanket. Mystique, a fern motif, is highlighted with a cotton gauze overlay, while Bonaire is a puckered seersucker texture in indigo with a small graphic overprint.
In the Palace Collection, Bellamosa is an elegant large scale floral damask stripe in teal, cream and gold, with sheets in an open trellis motif and a silk bed scarf with an embroidered vine motif. The duvet is $349.99 queen.
A touch of shimmer highlights Azia, a sophisticated graphic rose motif in chocolate and taupe. A chocolate barrato embroidered Greek key is an enhancement at the seams. Taupe cotton sateen dobby stripe sheets coordinate. The queen is $299.99.
With Savannah, another of the 10 Palace Collection beds, a classic frame damask with a faille weave ground has a box pleated bed skirt in a foulard jacquard. Sheets are ivory with an antique embroidered sheer overlay at the hems. The queen duvet is $249.99.
