Execs Shift at Hudson's Bay

Toronto — Hudson's Bay Company is pulling together its divisional merchandise, marketing and store operations units into a single retail organization that will support all of its Bay and Zellers nameplates.
Marc Chouinard, president and chief operating officer of the Bay and Home Outfitters, will become president of the HBC Merchandising Group. Thomas Haig, president and chief operating officer of Zellers, will become president of HBC Stores and Specialty Divisions.
Other members of the company's senior executive team will remain in their positions. George Heller will continue to serve as president and CEO of Hudson's Bay Company, the parent entity.
