Walker Leaves Invista

Invista chairman Jeff Gentry has assumed the additional role of ceo following the resignation of Jeff Walker as president, ceo and as a director of the company. Walker will leave the company May 31.
Invista, owned by Koch Industries and built upon the former Dupont fiber division acquired by Koch, lays claim to being the world's largest integrated fibers and polymers business.
Gentry has been chairman of Invista since January 2006. Prior to that he was president of Koch Mineral Services and has worked with various Koch companies since 1983. He has served on the Koch board of directors since 2005.
