COLUMBUS, OH —
Lazarus, the Atlanta-based division of Federated Department Stores, has debuted its new store format with an emphasis on convenience in the Easton Town Center here.
"Our focus is on making our stores more convenient and exciting to our customers, and we are very attuned to their ever-changing needs," said Ron Klein, Lazarus' chairman and ceo. "Lazarus at Easton Town Center showcases unique concepts that will challenge the status quo in terms of merchandising, services and store layout. This is a laboratory for Lazarus to test many new ideas."
The two-story, 240,000-square-foot store features an expanded customer service lobby, which includes gift wrapping and coat/package check, a complimentary childcare service, a mammography center and ATMs and postage areas, as well as a spa.
The store also includes price-check stations, in-store closed circuit television, techno-friendly lounges and Internet work stations.
We would love your feedback!
