Lands' End promotes four execs

Dodgeville, WI — Lands' End has promoted four executives to newly created vice president positions.
Karen Centner has been named vp, gmm for e-commerce and international. Spending the past 15 years with Lands' End, Centner has helped grow the company's Internet sales to more than 20 percent of the company's total sales.
Karl Dahlen has been appointed vp, senior legal officer. He joined the company in 1998 as associate general counsel and was promoted to senior legal officer in March 2000.
Tom Gloudeman has been named vp, recruitment and development. He has been with Lands' End for 10 years, directing professional recruitment and development for six years. He will continue in that role, as well as assume responsibility for strategic planning and organizational change.
Randy Peterson has been promoted to vp, engineering and facilities services, responsible for the future facility and material handling needs. He joined the company in 1998 and recently managed the construction of the company's Stevens Point, WI, facility and is managing the concept planning for the company's new sortation system.
