Warner Bros. adds to retail biz development team

Burbank, CA — Shari Black has been named vp, retail business development at Warner Bros. Consumer Products. She will now manage the development and implementation of business and promotional plans for key retail accounts, including Wal-Mart and Target. She reports to Patrick Connor, senior vp, retail business development.

Most recently, Black was at Disney Consumer Products, where she worked with Wal-Mart and Kmart on account-specific business plans. Her background also includes positions at Dillard's Department Stores and Wal-Mart, where she worked as marketing and promotions manager for apparel merchandising.
