Las Vegas Market taps McKay

Las Vegas – The World Market Center here has appointed tradeshow industry veteran Phillip McKay to the newly created post of svp.
He most recently was president and ceo of PPM Media, a tradeshow production company he founded. He has also worked with other tradeshow companies including Gartner Vision Events, Penton Media and Key3Media. He was honored by Tradeshow Executive magazine with its Lifetime Achievement Award for his career contributions to the global events industry.
In his new stint, McKay is responsible for leasing to rug, gift, lighting and decorative accessories segment tenants as well as launching new categories. He is also charged with overseeing the development of existing and future tradeshow events at the Center.
