Hudson's Bay adds to board of directors

TORONTO —
Hudson's Bay Company has appointed Peter Kaursland to its board of directors. A retail veteran, he most recently served as managing director for U.K. retailer Debenhams, a 99-unit department store chain that specializes in home, gifts, and apparel for men, women and children.
