FIT Sponsors Branding Symposium

Fashion industry executives will discuss the state of retailing at “Not Branded, You're Vulnerable,” a breakfast symposium for industry executives, an event sponsored by FIT's Educational Foundation for the Fashion Industries (EFFI).
The panel discussion will be moderated by Gilbert Harrison, chairman, Financo, Inc. Panelists will include Marshall Cohen, chief industry analyst, the NPD Group; Lori Greeley, executive vice president, merchandising, Victoria's Secret; John Idol, CEO, Michael Kors USA, Inc.; Roger Markfield, vice chairman and president, American Eagle Outfitters; and Robert Skinner Jr., president and chief operating officer, Kellwood Company.
The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 14 from 8 to 11 a.m. with registration and breakfast from 7:30 to 8 a.m. at FIT's Katie Murphy Amphitheatre (Seventh Avenue at 27th Street).
