New York – Several showrooms at the 230 Fifth Avenue New York MarketCenter have announced new product introductions that will be on display for the New York Home Fashions Market.
Design Weave USA, Suite 1610, will debut DreamAire bedding with Outlast brand temperature regulating technology. The collection includes 400TC combed cotton sheets, combed cotton pillowcases and a luxurious heavyweight flannel blanket, all containing Outlast – which was originally developed for NASA for use in astronaut gloves and other spacesuit applications.
Outlast materials balance body temperature through the use of patented microencapsulated Thermocules that absorb and store excess heat, releasing it when it is most needed. This in turn reduces overheating and perspiration, resulting in less chill and more comfort.
Euroletto Linens & Home, Inc., is now located in Lobby Suite 10, which has its own private street entrance. In addition to its private label programs for retailers, the company has acquired two new lines – Colomba Living and Greenhorn Trading Company.
Colomba Living, known for pre-washed linens, ranges from bedding, bath, tabletop, and home accessories to loungewear all made from natural fibers - linen, cotton, silk and wool. Colomba was started in 1982 by Marcela Hernandez in Santiago, Chile as a contemporary clothing line for women. In 1995, she expanded into home textile products and has since unveiled a collection of linen tablecloths, pillow cases and throws, among other items.

Manufacturing and importing from Scotland since 1984, Greenhorn’s latest products include the Linen Mist Collection of napkins made of linen voile in a variety of solids and plaids; and their Prague throw, made of lambswool and angora.

New to their quilted bedding collection is the Block Print Quilt Set, oversized for better mattress coverage and featuring a filigree print in sage on an ivory background. The quilt set comes with matching 20" x 26" shams.
