Kaufmann to drop from final creditor's list

NEW YORK — Decorative fabrics and home fashons supplier P. Kaufmann Co. said that Dan River incorrectly identified it as a creditor in the mill's bankruptcy filing.
Kaufmann told HTT that it has been paid in full, and that Dan River had mistakenly included it among its creditors in its Chapter 11 documents. Dan River has told P. Kaufmann it will not be included when final documents are filed with a U.S. bankruptcy court.
