Kassatex introduces coverlets, new bedding

New York – Kassatex Inc. is launching its first collection of coverlets this season. The company’s new offerings feature a 60/40 bamboo and organic cotton blend. The products will include a diamond design and coordinate with its Sienna and Bamboo bedding collections. Kassatexintroduced its first bedding collection just over a year ago.
“We’ve just moved into a larger showroom, doubling our space,” noted Ernesto Khoudari, president and coo. “It gives us a good place to showcase all our collections and allows us to expand in these new areas.”
The new Sienna collection is available in six colors and will include sheets, duvets and shams. Also new, the Melange bedding set is made from 300-count Egyptian cotton. The collection is created from a two-color spun yarn to give it a unique yarn-dyed, “mélange” effect.
In towels, Kassatex is introducing Sublime, a range of 700 gram towels made of Giza Egyptian cotton. According to Khoudari, the garment dyed towels feature a bias trim and are “very color fast and very durable.” The company is marketing the towels to the high-end.
In bath accessories, the company is adding two collections: Petra marble stone accessories; and Deko, a collection of crystal resin accessories.
