-- Home Textiles Today, 3/10/2010 5:59:00 PM
New York – Home Source is showing a line of colorful beach towels this week at the New York Home Fashions Market that feature cover art from vintage issues of The New Yorker, Mademoiselle, Gourmet and House & Garden.
Produced under license with Conde Nast, owner of the titles, designs for the towels were pulled from the publisher’s vast archive – some of them dating back to the 1930s.
The 10 beach towels are yarn dyed, fiber reactive patterns on the face backed with two-ply, yarn-dyed, solid-color backs. The towels are 40-by-72 and retail for $24.
