New York — Hedaya Home Fashions has signed a licensing agreement with Claire Murray to produce handmade patchwork quilts, throws, shams, and coordinating pillowcases.
Hedaya will preview the line during the first quarter of 2002. It will start shipping late in the first quarter or early in the second quarter, the company said.
Products will target department store, specialty store and catalog channels. Although price points are still being set, they will fall in the upper end of the spectrum.
The company will launch with four to six patterns developed jointly by the design departments at Claire Murray and Hedaya.
Claire Murray will be the third license in Hedaya's stable. The company also produces coordinated quilts and throws under the Joseph Abboud and Cherie Blum licenses.
We would love your feedback!
