CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Invista owns the Kinston, N.C. plant that produces Americas Filament Dacron polyester, and Unifi owns the polyester filament plant in Yadkinville, N.C.
The two companies are cooperatively running the facilities and Americas Filament manages the production planning and scheduling of both facilities. The new Dacron Vibrance fiber is produced in the Yadkinville, N.C. facility.
An earlier story about the launch of Vibrance gave the wrong facility and corporate information.
We would love your feedback!
