Family Dollar: Barker now vp/gmm

Family Dollar Stores has promoted Donna Barker to vice president – merchandising, general merchandise manager.

Barker joined the company in 2003 as divisional vp of home with responsibility over soft home and home décor categories. Prior to joining Family Dollar, Ms. Barker served as a divisional merchandise manager with Belk Department Stores.

In her new role, she will report to Mike Kvitko, senior vp – merchandising.
