Messura gets promoted at Cotton Inc.

NEW YORK -Mark Messura has been promoted to vp, strategic planning at Cotton Inc.

He previously was senior director, strategic planning and continues to report to Berrye Worsham, Cotton's president and ceo. Earlier with Cotton, he was director, market research and also served as manager, fiber economics.
