For Grider, the job marks the first in her career. She is a recent graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.S.A. in Fine Arts with an emphasis in fabric design.
In her new post, she will work in conjunction with designer Karen Townsend and focus on expanding the company's domestically-made accent rug line offerings.
"Bethany is going to be a major factor in Lacey Mills continued growth as a leader in fashion and design", said John Hale, vp of sales.
Added Tom Etheridge, president, to whom Grider reports: "We are very excited to have found such a talented person to help us take Lacey to the next level."
She will be based here at company headquarters.
