Fingerhut promotes four

Minneapolis — Fingerhut Companies has promoted four executives:
John Christiansen, formerly vp, e-commerce marketing, has been named senior vp of marketing;
Wayne Garten, formerly cfo for Hanover Direct and then Micro Warehouse, has been appointed president of Popular Club;
Nils Ytterbo, cfo, has had senior vp added to his title;
Kin Leung, formerly director of subsidiary financial, has been promoted to vp of finance for Fingerhut's subsidiaries.
