Former PepsiCo exec new Latex CEO

SHELTON, Conn. — Latex Foam International has named Michael Lorelli its new president and CEO.

His 20 years of global Fortune 100 senior leadership experience includes turns as president of a $1.5 billion PepsiCo operating company, president of PepsiCo's $1.7 billion Pizza Hut International division, where he was responsible for operations in 92 countries, and executive vice president of Pepsi North America. He spent the last 10 years leading private equity-based companies experiencing rapid growth or requiring a turnaround.

"His long-standing experience in sales and marketing is a perfect fit for instilling in Latex Foam a more marketing and customer-driven culture," said John Pouschine, managing director of Pouschine Cook Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm and majority shareholder of Latex Foam.
