Clean design palette keys Nautica Home intros

New York – Strong color and clean, modern design were the leading elements in the debut of a range of products by Nautica Home during New York Home Fashions Week.

The hue Merlot made a splash, for example, in the Westcliffe Stripe, Clifden Plaid, and Colorblock Corduroy collections, while Nautica’s signature navy and white combination was strongly in evidence in the Valemont, Granby, and Emerson Quilt collections.

The Stanhope collection debuted in a clean, modern take on black and winter white. Woven ivory shadow stripes, black piece piping, and decorative stitching gave the bed ensemble a refined touch, extending to coordinated bath accessories.

Three new master bedroom ensembles were Kensett Place, Broderick, and Sidney. Kensett Place features a chalkstripe duvet with a basketweave jacquard center panel bordered by herringbone taping details; microsuede Euro shams and accent pillows build the look. A rugby stripe keys the Broderick duvet, a corduroy medley of caramel, taupe, and mocha. As a feminine offering, Sidney has a red twill duvet with ribbon detailing and crisp white piping. Dec pillows use pintucks, stitch detailing, and bow-tie closures.

New in the bath category was the Navigation fashion towel. Constructed from reversible, two-tone jacquard, the towel reverses to complementary colors.

Expanding on Nautica Home’s children’s collection, the brand unveiled Brendan, a navy ensemble accented with colorful stripes, piping and logo details. For girls, the Emma bed is a sweet confection of pink and chocolate stripes and polka dots.
