WB picks general mgr. for Latin American office

BURBANK, CA -Warner Bros. announced the appointment of Mary Hume as general manager of its newest Latin American office.

Hume will assume her official responsibilities on Jan. 1, 2001. She was formerly the regional marketing manager of Kellogg's Argentina.

Hume will report directly to Claudio Ludovisi, vp, Latin American licensing. She will oversee all facets of licensing sales, retail marketing, promotions and corresponding operational aspects in Argentina. She will also manage Warner Bros. Consumer Products personnel, identify and secure placement opportunities, track licensee contracts and oversee the brand assurance process.

The new Argentinian office will service Warner Bros. Consumer Products' local and regional licensees based in Argentina and provide support for the company's Argentinian retail partners. The office will also work closely with other company offices based in Argentina.
