Shanghai textiles show shifts dates

SHANGHAI , China — Messe Frankfurt has moved up the date for its Intertextil Shanghai Home show by about a month. The show was originally slated to take place from Sept. 3-9 but will now be held from Aug. 23-25.
The show was created when Intertextile Shanghai decided to spin off the home textiles segment into its own free-standing trade show in 2004 to better reflect the global buying cycle, according to Messe Frankfurt, which organizes the fair.
The home portion of the show, which encompasses fabrics and finished product, will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The apparel portion of the show will retain its current timing from Oct. 27 to 29, also at the Expo Centre.
We would love your feedback!
