Overstock.com adds new international markets

Salt Lake City – Internet retailer Overstock.com has begun selling and shipping to Mexico, China, Japan, India, South Korea, Taiwan and New Zealand.
The company now sells into 41 countries and plans to expand to more than 90 by the end of this year.
“International markets are underserved by online retail,” said Patrick Byrne, chairman and ceo. “The time has never been better for international customers to buy American goods, creating a great opportunity for us.”
International customers see pricing displayed in their our currency, and the site shifts prices in pace with currency flucations.
