Home Source To Enter New Space, Add Innovations

Showroom Will Feature Wall Displays and Working Areas

By Michele SanFilippo -- Home Textiles Today, 9/5/2005 12:00:00 AM

New York —Home Source International will move into its new showroom on the 19th floor of 230 Fifth Ave. in mid September to prepare for the upcoming New York Home Textiles Market.

The 1,890-square-foot former Panache showroom is located in suites #1910/1911 and triples the size of the company's current space. It will be completely revamped in time for market.

The new showroom will be organized by category and feature plentiful wall displays and working areas. Categories represented in the various areas will be towels, shower curtains, bath rugs, blankets and bedding, which will include four to five display beds.

Said Craig Benepe, executive vice president of sourcing at Home Source International: “We're growing so much that we need all the extra space this showroom provides.”

In addition, the company will be launching two blended Solutions sheet products and a water-repellent shower curtain as part of its new market introductions for October.
