Comfortex adds sales mgr.

MAPLEWOOD, NY —

Hard window coverings manufacturer Comfortex Window Fashions announced the promotion of Dennis Madison to the position of regional sales manager.

In his newly created position, Madison will cover the western United States. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including posts with Sierra Window Fashions, Delmar Window Coverings and Springs Window Fashions. Madison's replacement as territory manager has not yet been named.

"I am proud to promote Dennis. No doubt his knowledge and experience will help the entire western region achieve their growth objectives," said Scott Schroeder, vp, sales for the Maplewood, NY-based manufacturer, to whom Madison will report.

As a result of the promotion, Comfortex also restructured its sales territories, expanding from two regions to three. Allan Putnam has been named southern regional sales manager and will oversee seven territory managers, while Jim Donnellan has been named northern regional sales manager, also overseeing seven territory managers.
