Springs Global in Waterworks license

New York – Springs Global US has signed a liceinsing agreement to bring the luxury Waterworks brand into bed and bath.
Waterworks is sells high-end bath fixtures through wholesale, freestanding retail showrooms, commercial and direct-to-consumer channels. Springs will lauch the initial collection in towels, bathrobes, shower curtains and bath accessories, with a retail debut slated for this September.
“We know that consumers shop for home through multiple channels – a consumer shopping habit that creates tremendous opportunity for Waterworks to broaden its reach,” said Joe Granger, president for Springs Global’s Branded business
Edward Cardimona, Springs’s chief global creative officer, said Waterworks bed and bath will celebrate “its unparalleled sense of classic style and urban color.”
In addition, to extending Waterworks’ consumer reache, the deal adds another national brand to the Springs Global US portfolio. In addition to the Diane von Furstenburg line announced last month, the Springs brand group also includes Wamsutta, Springmaid and Court of Versailles.
