FIT alumni to be honored at gala fundraiser

New York – The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Alumni Association will honor prominent leaders in fashion, home décor, and textile design at its annual Alumni Star Salute on Wednesday, Jan. 10 at the Rainbow Room, 30 Rockefeller Center. There will be a reception at6:00 pm, followed by dinner and dancing. The event is black tie and tickets are $350.

The annual fundraiser recognizes successful FIT alumni and friends who have made significant contributions to their industries. This year's honorees include Rickie Freeman, designer and ceo, Teri Jon; Lisa Herbert, executive vp, fashion, home and interiors, Pantone, Inc.; and Cynthia Steffe, founder, Cynthia Steffe, Inc.
