TRU exec joins ShopKo

Green Bay, WI — Samuel Martin has joined ShopKo Stores here as vp of distribution and transportation, assuming responsibility for the movement of all merchandise to the company's ShopKo and Pamida store locations.
Reporting to Dan Bolstad, senior vp, store operations and logistics, Martin joins ShopKo from Toys "R" Us, where he served as vp of western region sales and operations. He has also worked at Fred Meyer as regional vp, store operations.
Martin replaces John Dembinski, who left the company.
