HSN names Marty Nealon as top merchant

ST. PETERSBURG, FL —

Marty Nealon has been named executive vp of merchandising for HSN, the television shopping network.

As head merchant for HSN, Nealon will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's merchandising programs, including jewelry, soft goods, health & beauty, home fashions and electronics. She will report to Bob Rosenblatt, president of HSN US.

Most recently, Nealon was an executive consultant for the Kenneth Cole company for its consumer direct division.

Before that she was president and coo of Claire's North America, where she was responsible for merchandising and support operations of all 2,600 U.S. stores.
