Pacific and Bliss Appoint Williams, Vienti

Longtime home furnishings executive Dale Williams has joined Pacific Trade International, the owner of Chesapeake Bay Trading, as coo, a new position.

He reports to Mei Xu, president and co-owner with her husband Davis Wang, ceo.

Williams most recently headed his own general management and branded design management businesses.

Arthur Vienti, a veteran home textiles executive, joined sister company Bliss Living (Playa del Rey, Calif.) several months ago as general manager. He had most recently been vp of Sheltered Islands, a sales and distribution company representing high-end bedding companies. Earlier he was with Legacy Linens.
