F. Schumacher assigns Waverly wallpaper license

New York – Continuing its move to license its family of home furnishings products, F. Schumacher & Co. has signed a licensing agreement with Blue Mountain Wallcoverings, Toronto, Ontario, for the manufacture, sales and distribution of existing and future wallpaper collections for the Gramercy, Waverly and Village brands.
The Waverly/FSC division will retail and be actively involved in the creative content of the collections and the marketing communications for the key brands. The two companies have worked together for years.
Gerald Puschel, president and ceo of Schumacher, and Christopher Wood, Blue Mountain president, agreed that partnership will benefit the brands and the product lines.
All operational, design and sales efforts for the Schumacher, Greeff and Decorator’s Walk wallcoverings collections remain the same and will continue to be handled by F. Schumacher.
