Showroom changes at 295 Fifth

NEW YORK —
Showroom shifting is under way again at 295 Fifth Avenue in time for the upcoming home textiles market.
Table linen and decorative pillow supplier Trendex Home Designs is relocating to a new showroom, and snatching up its old spot is Bacova Guild's bath division.
Trendex is moving out of its 1,750-square-foot space in suite 817 into a new space of the same size in suite 1103.
Next door in suite 814, Bacova Guild plans on bringing its Bacova Bath division into that space, increasing its entire showroom by almost one-third to 6,595 square feet. During last October's market, Bacova Bath was temporarily located on the seventh floor.
Trendex's new space is part of a larger showroom formerly occupied by Liberty Fabrics Inc., which recently moved out of the building.
Liz Claiborne Home is also taking a chunk of Liberty's old space — 7,000 square feet.
We would love your feedback!
