Tucker, Ga. —
Jute and braided rug and accessories manufacturer Green World Rugs, sister company to Home Spice Décor, has created four new color combinations and designs to its assortment, to be unveiled at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, Jan. 6-14.
The new colors and designs are: Salem, Harvest, Nantucket and Kingston.
Green World Rugs will also show additions to its line of promotionally priced braided rugs made of 100% jute. The collection was first introduced at the Atlanta market this past summer. The booth at the January market will be space Q-31 on the seventh floor of Building 1 at Atlanta's AmericasMart.
The company noted the best attributes of jute, which it described as "an inexpensive fiber that offers durability, great color and an affordable price. The long, soft, shiny vegetable fiber is derived from an annual herb plant that can be grown year-round and thrives almost anywhere."
During production, jute fibers are spun into strong, coarse threads that are used for the manufacturing of Green World's rugs.
We would love your feedback!
