Pacific and Bliss appoint Williams and Vienti

Rockville, Md. – Longtime home furnishings executive Dale Williams has joined Pacific Trade International, the owner of Chesapeake Bay Trading, as coo, a new position.

He reports to Mei Xu, president and co-owner with her husband Davis Wang, ceo.

Williams, whose experience goes back to Pillowtex, WestPoint Stevens, and Waverly where he was president, most recently headed his own general management and branded design management businesses.

Arthur Vienti, a veteran home textiles executive, joined sister company Bliss Living (Playa del Rey, Calif.) several months ago as general manager.

Vienti most recently had been vp of Sheltered Islands, a sales and distribution company representing high-end bedding companies as well as its own domestic manufacturing. Earlier he was with Legacy Linens.
