Soft-Tex Manufacturing acquires Sona Pillow license

New York - Soft-Tex Manufacturing has entered into a licensing agreement with Sleep Devices Inc., owners of the Sona Anti Snore pillow.

The new venture will create an expanded world-wide distribution opportunity for both Sona and Soft-Tex with the current FDA approved and medically tested Sleep Apnea Anti Snore pillow, according to Robert O’Connell, evp of sales and marketing for Soft-Tex. It will also establish a direct link to future clinically proven specialty sleep products, he said.

Soft-Tex will debut an expanded assortment of Sona branded pillows and accessories at this month’s New York Home Fashions Market.

Sona joins several other licensees for Soft-Tex’s assortment of bed pillows, fiber and feather beds, mattress pads, and memory foam products. The Others include Therapedic, Royal Velvet, Sensorpedic and HealthGuard.
