MSLO Board Expands

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has named William Roskin as an additional member of its board of directors.

Roskin was formerly evp, human resources and administration at Viacom up until its 2006 split into two separate companies; he continues to serve Viacom as senior advisor.

Prior to Viacom, he worked at toymaker Coleco and at Warner Communications, RCA Global Communications, and the City of New York.

The board now comprises six members: Charles Koppelman, MSLO executive chairman; Michael Goldstein, lead director and former chairman and ceo of Toys "R" Us; Charlotte Beers, former chairman of ad agency J. Walter Thompson Worldwide; Rick Boyko, managing director of VCU Brandcenter; Todd Slotkin, former managing director and co-head of Natixis Capital Markets Leverage Finance business; and Roskin.
