F. Schumacher partners with P. Kaufmann on Waverly

New York – P. Kaufmann has signed a licensing deal to develop and distribute Waverly fabrics. Waverly owner F. Schumacher & Co. will continue to handle design and sales of the Schumacher, Greeff, Decorator’s Walk and Patterson, Flynn & Martin brands.

F. Schumacher president and ceo Gerald Puschel said, “We have positioned Waverly to focus on its core competencies of design and licensing.Partnering with P. Kaufmann for fabric is a natural extension of the licensing business model we instituted with our Waverly home fashions and wall covering categories.”

Waverly now has 17 licensed manufacturers for a range of home furnishings and décor products.
