Macy's Home Store will include a mini-store within a store in 10 furniture departments when the company launches its total home Provence collection next month.
The shops will mark the American debut of merchandise from France's Comptoir de Famille, and involve 90 skus, primarily furniture, said Lester Gribetz, senior vice president, fashion director, Macy's Home Store.
The collection includes occasional and statement pieces including etageres and settees as well as some accessories, tabletop and textiles products, including placemats, napkins, and cushions for the iron settees.
The Macy's stores that will have the Comptoir collection are Herald Square and Carle Place, New York; Paramus, N.J.; Kenwood, Cincinnati; Perimeter Mall and North Point, Atlanta; Aventura and Boca Raton, Fla.; San Francisco and South Coast Plaza, Calif.
