Victor Adds Craftex Brand

Decorative and upholstery fabrics producer Victor has acquired the Craftex brand, catalog and designs from the secured creditor of Craftex Mills. (Victor grew substantially with its acquisition in September 2007 of the majority assets of Quaker Fabric Corp.)
"The Craftex brand is going to give Victor broader exposure in both the contract and residential markets and deepens our product offering," said Paul Bennotti, director of marketing at Victor. "Over the past 100 years, the Craftex brand has come to represent quality, innovation, value and service."
