Natco acquires carpet company Jefferson Home Fashions

WEST WARWICK , R.I. — Natco Home Fashions has finalized its acquisition of carpet manufacturer Jefferson Home Fashions.

Jefferson is the latest addition to Natco's growing roster of divisions, which includes Corona Curtain, Robertson, Central Oriental and Soft Impressions. Natco said Jefferson will remain a separate division operating under its own name.

Jefferson has been a supplier of berber, carpet remnants, automobile floor mats and other home and utilitarian mats and rugs for more than 40 years. Natco said it will maintain its manufacturing facilities in Dalton , Ga.

"We are really excited to expand our growth in rug market share as well as our textile opportunities with Jefferson accounts," said Michael Litner, president, Natco.
