Combined Company Relocating to New Headquarters

Minneapolis — Custom window covering fabricators Warren Shade and Steven Fabrics, which are both based in Minneapolis, Minn., and Hunter Douglas fabricators are in the process of combining into one company — Warren Steven Window Fashions — effective July 31.

Warren Steven Window Fashions will be relocating to a new headquarters in the near future — one that is significantly larger than all of the current facilities combined, the company stated.
