Business loan workshop set for Las Vegas Market

SBA will cover low to access low- and no-interest financing

Las Vegas — Officials from the U.S. Small Business Administration will lead a workshop during the upcoming Las Vegas Market to offer information on the agency's low- and no-interest loans.

The session is set for 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, the market's opening day, in space C-412.

Called Money Market, the program will tell how companies can access fixed asset financing, working capital loans and other loans for small businesses. After the presentations, counselors will offer assistance with the applications process.

Attendees can register for Money Market by e-mailing money@lasvegasmarket.com or by registering at the National Home Furnishings Month Retailer Activation Center in space C-412 between 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 14.

The center also is where retailers can pick up a kit with marketing tools, including print advertising templates and other components, which they can adapt to promote themselves during National Home Furnishings Month in September and beyond.
