Franco Mfg. fills new global sourcing spot

METUCHEN, NJ -Howard Bernstein, a 23-year-veteran at Franco Mfg., has been promoted to the newly created position of senior vp of global sourcing.
Bernstein, who joined Franco in 1977, had been vp of sourcing, and the company said the promotion recognizes the growth of the department in recent years and the importance of sourcing. Bernstein continues to report to Jack Franco, executive vp.
