F. Schumacher Inks Waverly Wallpaper License

New York —Continuing its move to license its family of home furnishings products, F. Schumacher & Co. has signed an agreement with Blue Mountain Wallcoverings, Toronto, for the manufacture, sales and distribution of existing and future wallpaper collections for the Gramercy, Waverly and Village brands.
The Waverly/FSC division will retail and be actively involved in the creative content of the collections and the marketing communications for the key brands.
Gerald Puschel, president and ceo of Schumacher commented, “We have worked with Blue Mountain for many years, and are very pleased to be forming this new partnership. Our combined expertise in design and manufacturing will strengthen our position in this category.”
Noted Christopher Wood, Blue Mountain president, “The Waverly, Village and Gramercy brands will add strength to our product offering and will help us be a stronger partner with our retail customers.”
All operational, design and sales efforts for the Schumacher, Greeff and Decorator's Walk wallcoverings collections remain the same and will continue to be handled by F. Schumacher.
