Raw material prices on the rise again

New York – Both Dow Latex and BASF announced price hikes for raw materials.
The Dow Emulsion Polymers business will increase the prices of all styrene butadiene latex products sold into the carpet industry by 3 cents per dry pound effective June 12. It also will include acrylic latex products by 5 cents per bound.
Dow last raised its prices in January. The June increase will mark Dow’s fifth price bump in two years.
