New JCP reps for Richloom:

NEW YORK — Richloom Fabrics Group named Bill Walsh and Amy Sargeant as the representatives for the JCPenney account in window coverings and bedding, replacing Jim Browne, who is retiring.
Walsh also handles sales to Penney for companies outside the home furnishings business. Sargeant has been with Perfect Fit and Arley, both based in Dallas.
The company expects to add to their sales responsibilities, said Jim Richman, president.
