Showroom Shifts at 295 Fifth

Several New Leases in Effect in Time for August Market

Several new leases are in effect, and some showroom shifts are taking place, at the Home Textiles Building at 295 Fifth Avenue in time for the August market.

Here are some highlights:

• London Luxury, a bath coordinates company, is moving into the 2,000-square-foot suite 817. This space was formerly part of the original Bacova showroom, which last year was relocated to a larger space on the first floor.

• Homedics, a specialty top-of-bed supplier, is moving into a 3,300-square-foot space in suite 910.

• Artex, a supplier of mid-tier bedding and window treatments, is moving into 901, an 1,800-square-foot space.

• International Outsourcing Services is moving into 1501, a 3,000-square-foot space.

• Aeolus Down Inc., a top-of-bed, down and down-alternative company, is moving into 1602, a 4,000-square-foot space.

• Kas Rugs is relocating to 4,000-square-foot suite 906, which is double the size of its original showroom at 807.

• Rose Tree is moving its Oscar by Oscar De La Renta showroom from the ninth floor to the 15th floor, next door to Rose Tree's main space at 1518, bringing the total size of the company's showroom to 8,000 square feet.

• Saturday Knight Ltd., a bath coordinates supplier, is relocating part of its “sku” showroom to a 2,000-square-foot space at 1003, next door to its main space at 1001.
