Chicago —
Ridvan Tatargil, principal in Eastern Accents, has acquired the Nancy Koltes brand.
Koltes is a well-known designer of fine linens and specialty store owner, whose company has been liquidated, Tatargil said.
Koltes is president of the Nancy Koltes brand business —Studio Domus — that was started in April with a 1,400 square foot store in Beverly Hills, Calif. The wholesale division will launch in June, Tatargil said. A store in New York will open in June and another later in Chicago.
Tatargil also is providing distribution and partial manufacturing services for off-shore fine linen companies, including Italian producer RB Casa.
Tatargil has a partner in Studio Domus activity who prefers not to be identified.
